Did not have any claims, so can't comment on their claims service, other than to say that on balance Chubb tends to treat their policyholders farily well. You definately get complimentary travel insurance with gold and plat.It would seem from the following link that you also get travel accident insurance(not personal effects ?) with a standard card.
