Among Thai citizens (not foreigners like me....lol!)......what are the most popular flavors for ice cream? What about for donut or pastry filling?

Ka-ti (coconut cream) is by far the most popular throughout thailand. After that the usual mainstream flavours, ie vanilla, chocolate, strawberry. Green tea has become popular in cities. But ka-ti still rules, esp fresh ka-ti.

Were the mainstream (choc, vanilla, strawberry) popular before the influx of Western brands of ice cream? Or are there more "traditional" flavors that were much preferred before Ben & Jerry's hit the scene? Any more traditional flavors that have gone away that you miss a lot?
