I would like to get highlights in my dark blonde hair. Where should I go for a cheap price, not the pricey Tony and Guy and stuff? I want someone who knows what they are doing with colour and can suggest a good blend of shades for my skin tone, but chepaer then Tony an guys and other places like that.

Very cheap reccomendation:

wash your hair, squeeze a lime out over your hair, go and sit in the sun , on the beach, or lazy on your bed in the pool and voila: natural looking high lights for dark blond hair:)
