Office Depot on Sukhumvit Road (next to Homeworks and close to BIG C is very good).

Apart from that both Tescos and Friendship have a decent range.

Sulpaban, is a Thai stationers at the corner of Town in Town Soi about 100 metres up Pattaya Klang from Foodland

Try Friendship Supermarket on the 2nd floor, half way down South Pattaya Rd. Have good stationary selection.
