That would make the street price for ecstasy a staggeringly high $65.00 per pill.

Sure it looks good for the bib but $65.00 per pill???

Four more people who will get a longer and harsher sentence than they deserve purely based on the value ascribed by the bib.

Don't the BiB get a bonus related to a percentage of the value of the drugs recovered during such operations?

Also who exactly deems these people as "major drug dealers" (460 tablets between four dealers, whilst no small beer, is not exactly going to cause a major hiccup in supplies)?

Answer : the same that boost their bonus based on their estimate of street value also boost their promotion prospects on the back of "major" busts.

Bulloks, the price is about 1000 baht a tablet.

dunno how that works out, they're about a quid a tab in London, cheaper if you buy in bulk (+5 or more)

And they are sold quite openly around Regent street, Oxford Circus, Soho, but when the plod appear so do the sellers, but sellers are quite commenly seen

Mainly sellers stick to the clubs, though
