Please help my wifes sister has applied for a visitors visa, we are trying to chase the progress of the visa application online. However when we try we keep getting "invalid search". So we have been calling the visa application service everyday. Am i doing something wrong.

Could someone please show me a link to the correct page to track the visa.

I am also told we then have to put "ATET/" before the 13 digit reference number. Is this correct.

Cant help a lot as it was not working when my Wife applied a few months ago.

There are a lot of numbers on the receipt. maybe you are trying the wrong one.

No its the right number because when i call the visa application center that is the number i quote and that is sufficient fo the agent to tell me the progress of the application. Ive asked the agent is this the right number and she said yes i just need to put ATET before it and forward slash, but im still having no luck, keeps saying invalid search, i dont know if im on the right page or am i doing something wrong.
