What's Wrong With All Season Mansion (next To Conrad Hotel Complex)

All Season Mansion project is completed a few years ago. But I noticed the big sign "limited units available" still on their wall. I believe this condo building is in a very good location near Athanee residence where it is all sold out long before it was finished.

What's wrong with All Season Mansion??
