"Got my tickets today for Aug 12-28 for $160 Clk-Bkk roundtrip from Amega Travel over in the Horizon Hill hotel. Went in there to price a ticket to Cairo (long story) but came out with a ticket to Bangkok instead LOL.

A few things to know:

They only fly Tues, Thurs & Sat.

Flight leaves 10:30 from Clark and leaves Bkk at 1330 (cross fingers no delay) which blows away Cebu Pacific flt times

Luggage Limits: 15 kilo for 1 pc check-in; 7 kilo for handcarry ($5 per additional kilo for both check-in & handcarry)

Right now they only have flights schl'd 22 Jul - 30 Aug I guess as a "see how it goes" trial run. Let's hope this continues if the flights go well. Hopefully we'll have some reports on this flight towards the end of the month.

What is really needed is a "monger" run between Utapao (Pattaya) and Clark (Angeles City). Wake-up and have breakfast at Kiss Restaurant and have your dinner at Margaritia Station. That would be awesome :o

I remember the old Bangkok Airways flight Utapao-Phnom Penh. Easy. Easy. Easy.

Bangkok Airways never got enough customers, so they canceled the run.

Let's hope TransGlobal Airways has better luck.

So what did happen. It seems that the flight to Bkk arrived on the 22nd but then went tech and did not return.

Just checked on departures and arrivals for today at Bangkok and no sign of Transglobals Saturday flight.
