Started around 05:00 (at least it was going on when I woke up). Some pretty heavy stuff coming down, now it's tapered off into just a steady downpour.

Just started raining again at 10-30, couple of more days like this and Pattaya will be a water park

It already is on the south side of Pattaya along Sukhumvit.

The trench in the middle of Sukhumvit... you know... the one with all those pretty red, yellow, and orange irises growing it it... was full to the brim and overflowing onto the road near the Soi Wat Boon turnoff this morning.

And it's the same situation down in NaJomtien near the Ambassador Hotel.
