I've seen some in Index on Sukhumvit once. It's been a while ago so I don't know if they still have them but probably your best bet in Pattaya.

Have actually bought one in Kanyong, but it was some time ago.

As suggested Index is a possibility and or Homeworks, even SB furniture.

I can send from UK new bags if you want??

Homeworks (Sukhumvit Road, next to Big C) have, saw a few days ago, quite a good selection........

Homeworks has them, right next to the department where they stole my money and cheated me delivering defective merchandise.

I saw some bean bag chairs at the cinema complex near the Royal Garden. Not the cinema at the Royal Garden, but across the street and about 1000 meters from the Royal Garden. Take the escalator up towards the cinema....you will see them from the escalator on the 2nd or 3rd level. Good luck.
