I would head down to Chantaburi personally. Huge gem trade there--I wouldn't be surprised if they also had what you are looking for.

I have an extensive collection but brought them in the weekend market in bangkok. they have a store with some great stuff on the upper level at Big C on second road but really expensive. some really nice large ones too.

Agreed.......Chatuchak weekend market in Bangkok....lots of fun and tons of different things....can be very hot though.....dress light and drink plenty of water
