Thong Lor

Featured Replies

I went out to Thong Lor last night, with a couple of seasoned friends. It was dead! Most of the clubs that they had raved about, where either closed or dead. Apparently the heresay, is that alot of places had been raided and the patrons, subjected to the usual charmed treatment. Looks life the night life here is dead or dying?? Any thoughts?

A lot of the more colourful characters crowding the bars into the wee hours are not be found amongst the teen/office crowd who go home early.

Gangs of brown boys harrass customers. I haven't been out much after I was subjected to a thorough bodysearch and having to explain myself a few months ago.

I live in that area, and every weekend Soi Thonglor is completely jam-packed with people trying to pack into those clubs. I'm not sure what time they're closing (last time I looked it was 2:00 a.m.), but they seem to be going strong from what I've seen.

been down there 3 times in the last week, always difficult to get a seat :o on the saturday it took a bit of pushin to get thru the front door...

I dj at Groove kitchen at the back of Ana Garden next saturday. The place is just past soi 1 on soi Thong Lor (Suk 55)
