Yup there's something adrift, just logged out and back in, I get:-

I've used several machines since then, and this one was new in march, cache well and truly cleared

EDIT Just logged in from a virgin machine that's never visited this site, same result. Houston, we have a problem

I'll point this out to our webmaster, doesn't sound serious but best to check on it.
