Restaurants, washing machine rentals and full service places, an ATM. Eateries, small shops. Hair & Beauty and spa places. WiFi for a monthly 400 Baht fee (slow and no N-standard). New and nice layout. For a retiree on a budget, there are condos which are furnished and decent for under 1 million for a studio.
