Hi,

in belgium we have a lot of sauces for salad, barbecues, french frites and for other meals.

the biggest maker is devos & lemens, you can see the products(in french) here : http://www.dl.be/dl/default.asp?CID=212

do someone know some recipes to immitate them especially the "sauce andalouse"?

i'm on my last and only pot brought here by belgian friends during july.

Sauce Andalouse

4 cups of mayonnaise

8 flat tablespoons of tomato paste

50G of finely chopped onion

4 tablespoon finely chopped green bell pepper (skin removed by flaming)

4 tablespoon finely chopped red bell pepper (skin removed by flaming)

4 tablespoon fresh lemon or lime juice

salt to taste
