Visa Multiple Entry B One Year In Kl

Featured Replies

Where in our surrounding countries I can apply for a Non Imm. B one year and what paperwork do I need. Back in Europe I do only need an update of my company registration and a copy list of the shareholders + two photographs. The next day the visa is ready.

This may help. http://www.mfa.go.th/web/2482.php?id=2492. A one year may be difficult if you don't meet all of the requirments. There were other recent threads about the situation in the surrounding area, you may want to try a search for them.

If you are applying for a non immigrant B visa in neighbouring asian countries to Thailand; then you will need the complete set of paper work itemised by the Thai MFA, that Beechguy linked to in his post.

You/your company need to first apply for a work permit at labour using form WP3. The receipt slip you get is the 'Letter of Acceptance' that is referred to in that list of documents.

You only have to deal with your local immigration if you apply for an extension of Permission to Stay under National Police Order 606/2549. This is not necessary if you make 90 day border runs, plus annual (15 Month) visa runs, to get a new one year multiple entry visa.

I have read that Perth, Australia used to be very helpful with multiple entry non immigrant B visas.

However, I haven't seen any posts about Perth in the past few months.
