Possible Gifted Student

Featured Replies

One of my student (Prathom 4) is a cute little girl who looks and acts "special", most of my Thai colleagues think she might be autistic. Her marks (all subjects) are not very very good. In spite of this, for different reasons, when I talk to her and observe her, I've got the feeling that she might be gifted.

I'm not a specialist in child behaviour and might be wrong, but I believe it would be interesting to test her. Because, If she really is gifted, she'll need special attention.

Of course, I'll have to ask my boss and her parents first. So my question is : Do you know if there are special IQ tests for kids available in Thai ? Have you ever heard of such tests in Thailand ?

Feedbacks and advises much appreciated :o

Cheers
