Last year, my house, did'nt have turkey though (could of bought one in macro, but bloody expensive and overated anyway), roasted 4 chickens, roast pototao's, colli, carrots, peas, paxo stuffing, sausages with bacon. Christmass pud and brandy sauce for dessert. All the beer or whiskey you could drink.

About 2 years ago i had about 20 friends over to my house for a BBQ. 8 kilos of prawns, 8 kilos, mussels, 8 kilos of clams, steaks, salad, fried eggs, and burgers which i made. So much beer and whiskey. Messy but really enjoyable night. Think i'm gonna do something similar this year. Though in my apartment not a house this time.

About 9 years ago in Patong , a little bar/diner called The Tavern cooked myself and my (then) gf a marvellous Xmas dinner , cost about 1000 bt but was worth it.

Try this.

One loaf of stale bread (The French Bread from Lotus is ideal)

One small onion

3 teaspoons of Sage

1 egg

Method:

Reduce the bread to bread crumbs.

Finely chop the onion

Mix the Breadcrumbs, Onion, Sage all together in a bowl.

Beat the egg and gradually add to the Bread/onion/sage mix and mix until firm.

Shove it up the chicken's arse.

Last Christmas in Bangkok couldn't find a turkey to save my life anywhere, so decided to just make a completely western smorgasbord for fiancee and her friends. Most had never had western food before and thought it was great fun eating the huge dish of lasagna I made (had to go to six stores before I found ricotta cheese, but it was worth it). Christmas in a Buddhist country was ironically my favorite Christmas of all time, it was a welcome relief to not have to deal with the insanity we see over the holidays here in the US.
