Cow's Milk For Baby

Featured Replies

I'll be taking my 18 month old daughter for a long holiday in Thailand. Is cow's milk readily available in places like 7-11? If not, what is?

Thanks

It is, Just make sure that the source of the milk products is clearly labeled. The spiking of milk with melamine in China doesn't just involve baby formula. It has found it's way into every dairy product. Fresh milk, UHT, powder, baby formula, cheese, butter, yogurt, Oreos, etc. If it is made in China avoid at all costs.

I don't want to be alarmist, but the US Embassy felt the need to mass e-mail all of us registered citizens a warning on the China dairy situation. I wouldn't count on the Thai government doing much about it.
