Possible To Get A 60 Day Tourist Visa In Cambodia?

Featured Replies

Hi

I've been living in Bangkok a few years on tourist visas obtained in the region and now find myself with a scheduled trip to PP cambodia to visit some traveling friends in early Oct. I have avoided going there on a visa run previously after reading in this forum that it is a difficult place to obtain a visa. Now that I find myself going there for other reasons, I'm wondering if I can kill 2 birds with one stone and possibly get one during my upcoming visit. Has anyone had success in recent times or would I be wasting my time trying.

As you stated yourself , in Cambodia they are very very reluctant to give any visas

of any kind to any foreigner , but there are some reports from members who did get

a single tourist visa , but mostly with a big stamp saying to never to grant you another

again at this embassy !

So you could try it , and don't give up , you got a slight chance ,

good luck .

Since you are going to be there anyway why not try.

The visa pages give a lot of requirements that are for locals so just ignore them.

At least you can get the opening hours, address, phone numbers and etc.
