Any cooks out there? I brought some paprika powder over here when I moved to LOS I bought it in whole sale so there is no expiry date on it the question is how long can I keep it? will it go off or just loose the taste ?

should be ok in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to 2 months - you will always loose abit of the flavor but that way you can limit the loss

If it's old I don't think it will go off, probably just lose flavour a bit. I keep mine in a jar in a dark cupboard. I see someone is keeping in the fridge - jeez, if I put all my spices in the fridge, there'd be no room for Mr chickencurry's cold beer and he wouldn't like that :o
