BNH (Bangkok Nursing Home; Soi Convent) used to have a Travel Medicine Clinic; suggest to check with them.

Pretty much anywhere, I'd imagine.

For HepA/HepB, Bumrungrad did mine (GSK Twinrix). Twinrix is a three-shot series over six months, initial, at 1 month, and at 6 months (same if you just want the HepB component). If you only want HepA (HAVRIX), it looks like it's a two-shot series, six months apart.

You may be able to get it cheaper elsewhere in Thailand. Should be the same stuff, as long as it's not counterfeit.
