My friend and I were at a neighbor's house, and he proudly showed us his spice cabinet. My friend and I both admitted we only had a few spices, and one shelf was more than enough.

The problem with spices is that specially in this humid climate they don't have the tendency to improve over time, so I keep as little as possible, at hand, most is available fresh on the markets any time, any day!

And yes, Zip Bag, airtight container-fridge
