thaigerd Posted November 3, 2008 Share Posted November 3, 2008 Found a great piece of meat today: Australian beef knuckle(bone off) with a perfect marbling for cooking a goulash, cooked some potato dumplings for it. Wife liked the dumplings a lot, tomorrow fried slices of these dumplings with the rest of the beef goulash, may be additional a green salad in sour cream.
