Work Permits New Laws

Hello i have heard that the law regarding work permits and who's responsibilty it is to hand it back if in deed you do have to hand it back.. i have heard that the employer can ust phone up and that is it finished and the employee doesnt have to hand it back?

What you're going to do with a WP that states company, position and place of work for a company you don't work for?
