Best Doctor For Lower Bleph

hi. i'm planning on getting a lower blepharoplasty done in thailand next summer. could anyone recommend a doctor? i have read several threads on here and seen various recommendations but want to be sure that my doctor has particular experience in blepharoplasty's.

i also want an interocular incision, meaning underneath my eyelid, so that i won't have scarring. i'm 25 so it should be just a matter of removing some fat, without any tightening of muscle/skin etc. does anyone know about the use of that procedure by doctors in thailand?

i've made inquiries at bumrungrad, and have been referred to dr. arthi krauvit, but obviously i'd prefer to make an appointment with someone i've had a good recommendation from. this is almost a year in advance so i should be able to get anyone regardless of how booked they are.

i'm not really concerned with cost as everything is so much cheaper in thailand than in the us regardless, even at places like bumrungrad. my main concern is obviously quality, and specific expertise in facial/bleph surgery.
