what bikes do riders have, and have few other questions?

400 & a 1100 CC Dragstars. Doesn't mean much speeds are going to be slow

have a 400 but not in Thailand, so have to rent. had bike stolen here in udon and am wondering if any members have any info i can use on how to pay for the used Honda click that was jacked

Sorry didnt; see this till I returned from the trip. No suggestions for payment. But the trip was really great I did see 125's doing it.

It's worht doing I will be going again sometime in the future. I suggest you pick up maps from Gtriders Both the Golden Triangle map and Mae hong Son Loop. We used bpth but it was an eleven day trip. Which included two bike weeks. The most expensive things was the romm they ran from 300 baht to 845 Baht per night. Since we only did a few hundred Klms per day never paid more then 240 for fuel. Dress warm it is seriuolsy cold there.

They do have places to rent bikes in Chaing Mai and just start the loop from there. This was my first explaration adn I haev a lot more to see. Whcih definely will do.

I'' do a trip report later hve about 2 K of photos to go thriugh and decide waht to us.
