Hi there, I have a big problem and need ysome advice/help. I was in the process of applying for a UK passport for my new born son. I was getting all the paperwork ready. I used an agent in Pattaya that i have used many times before and considered this person to be my friend. I gave this person, my wife and son's paperwork (birthand marriage certificates) and more importantly my passport which includes my 12 month marriage visa.

I went there yesterday to check on the status on my application and found out that this person had done a "runner" and packed up everything and left. This has benen confirmed to me by another source. What should i do? what about my visa? i know i am not the only passport that she has taken..... but i am worried...............

Please advise..............

Go to the Police and get a Police Report.

Go to the UK Embassy and get another passport.

I would hope that Immigration have your Immigration history on their computer and can stamp your new passport.

it would really help if you have copies of your passport and Immigration stamps.

Easy to say after the event, but

Why did you entrust all the papers to an agent???

Such applications are routine and you could have done it in person.

I hope you have a second copy of your son's birth certificate???????
