Change Uk Flight With Eva

I am trying to change my Sunday 30 flight with Eva to LHR as I am sick and can't face the travel at short notice to Utapao.

Ive been trying the BKK and Taiwan office numbers. BKK is no answer and Taiwan there is a 'queue'. Is either office office actually open on a Saturday? (There is no info on times on the website)

How else can I change my flight? (Again the website says just to call the office)

If I didnt turn up for the flight due to the change in time/venue would they still be liable to fly me? (I have an X ticket)

Any help you can give is appreciated.

Unfortunately, I have never had luck contacting any airline offices on the weekend. I think they close on the weekends, astoundingly enough.

Sorry this is prob too late but I was able to reach EVA in Bangkok on the numbers already given. You just have to be persistent with the reservation number and keep calling until someone picks up. If you call the office number you can get right through if you hit 9 and then 1, they can help you. The problem is I dont know if they will be open on Sunday...however pretty stupid if they aren't considering what is going on. I had so many mixed answers about whether we could reschedule from Singapore or KL but eventually we got a ticket from Singapore to LAX leaving the same day we were supposed to leave BKK (Dec 1).

the flights to London are all fully booked, they are just taking the phone number for the waiting list. The latest check in time is 2h before departure
