Bwahahahahaha :o

Histon 1-0 Leeds

Postman Matthew Langston's header stunned Leeds and put non-league Histon through to the FA Cup third round.

In a game played in monsoon conditions, Langston netted from Gareth Gwillim's corner just before half-time.

Until that point Histon had rarely threatened, with Patrick Ada's near-own goal and Luciano Becchio's shot over being Leeds' best first-half chances. Lubomir Michalik hit the post and had a shot cleared off the line as Leeds sought an equaliser but to no avail.

LEEDS UNITED: 10 things you didn't know about Histon

By Phil Hay 1 Histon are nicknamed 'The Stutes', taken from the name of Histon Institute which the club played under when it was first founded in 1904. 2 Despite their name, the Blue Square Premier club are not actually based in the Cambridgeshire village of Histon. The Glass World Stadium is situated in nearby Impington.

3 The village of Histon was actually recorded in The Domesday Book, listed as Histone.

4 The population of Impington – 4,090 – would virtually fit inside the Glass World Stadium on Sunday. The combined population of Histon and Impington would fit into Elland Road almost five times over.

5 Histon, or Histon Institute as they were, took 99 years to enter the FA Cup first round proper. There first outing came against Woking in 2003.

6 This is Histon's third appearance in round two of the FA Cup. They reached the same stage during the 2004-05 and 2005-06 seasons, losing to Yeovil Town on their first attempt to make round three and Nuneaton Borough on their second.

7 Histon captain Mathew Mitchel-King is employed by Nike as the body double for England and Manchester United defender Rio Ferdinand.

8 Histon do not employ a single full-time member of staff. The club's off-field business is run by 74 volunteers.

9 Striker Damien Reeves, pictured above, is a former Leeds United trainee, who spent three years with the club as a professional player. He spent time with Barnsley and Farsley Celtic before joining Histon in June.

10 In 1988, Manchester United plundered Histon to sign forward Giuliano Maiorana for £30,000. He made a handful of appearances for the Red Devils, but his career at Old Trafford was cut short by a knee injury.
