Can I get a visa on arrival at the friendship bridge on the Laos side, I am just going onwards to the airport in Vientiane same day. Does anybody know definitely if I need a Visa for Vietnam (Hanoi) if I am just transiting the airport, I will be arriving from Vientiane and then onwards to Hong Kong (same day 2-3hrs).
