travalaska Posted December 9, 2008 Posted December 9, 2008 I am applying for multi-entry non-immigration visa for the purpose of visiting my wife's family. On the application it asks for length of stay, we plan to stay 170 days but would like to have the option to stay longer if we change our plans. Should I put 170 days for the length of trip or can I put 1 year? Would putting one year give me the option to leave at 170 days if we go with our current plan? Or - do i need to put 90 days since I can only stay for 90 days before leaving the country. Also they ask for number of entries, can I put the most down that I would possibly use say 4, even if I end up only entering twice? Would appreciate the advice on this - t
