Hi

I too helped a friend with a visa run to Cambodia yesterday (Chong Chom). He got his 15 stamp and as he's not going back to Grim Britain until 19th Jan, will have to do a further 2 runs.

I also called into Kap Cheong Immigration Office on the way back to Surin and was told by the loverly Immigration girlie that "the 3 runs and yer out" IS STILL INFORCE. She refered to Imm paperwork that had been recieved in her office that day from Head Office.

Probably another case of flexing the rules depending on which office/officer you choose to go to :o

There has never been a "3 runs and you're out" rule. The limit was 90 days in six months, but you could come and go as often as you wanted.

I have no idea if the rule is still in force after the latest changes.
