How Many Entries On A Tourist Visa?

Featured Replies

hi i have a question i'm hoping someone can help me with.... i came into thailand at the end of november, australian passport and got 30 days at phuket airport, then left for a day and came back on the 1st of december, same deal. how many separate times can i enter the kingdom? is there a limit? or just a limit on the total time spent here in a given period? any help/advice would be great thanks.

Those are not tourist visa's... Those are visa exempt enties.

The rules changed again just last week or two.. Before you could only spend 90 days in 6 month (often incorrectly applied as 3 entries not as many entries as it takes to get to 90 days).. The new rules are any amount of 30 day entries by air, and an unlimited amount of 15 day entries by land borders. Thats not to say you might meet a clueless immigration guy who applies the old rules.

I come to LoS and stay based here for 2 - 3 months or more.

I have never had any problems with visa on entry, or as you say, it is not really a visa, NZ is one of the many visa exempt countries..

Under this new regeim, things may change, do not think so.

I am in and out many times each trip.

Mite be interesting when next I return.

There are Forums dealing with this, check them out.
