Ulysses G.
Imitation maple syrup is sold everywhere in Thailand. Big tourist destinations even have real maple syrup.
bino
You can get real maple syrup at Foodland, but they want silly money for it. Maple syrup is a standing order in my Christmas package from home every year. They send a nice big bottle that gets thru to the next Christmas. Looking forward to opening it tomorrow. French toast just ain't right without it.

bonobo
On every trip to the US, I stock up on many items from Trader Joes. Right at the top of my list is Grade B, Dark Amber Maple Syrup. Grade B is much better to me than A as it has a much stronger maple taste. I pay $12 for one quart. I do love my pancakes here in Thailand!
