Uk Visitor 6 Month Visa

Featured Replies

Hi all,

Just a quick one.....

Does my Thai G/F have to wait 6 months (in Thailand) before applying for her 2nd visitors Visa?

I have been living with her in Thailand (apart from a few weeks back in UK for me) for 11 months (24/7....phew....a first for me!!!)

We went to UK in Nov (bloody freezing) for a month but her Visa runs out in March, which is a shame because if she has to wait 6 months, it will almost be UK Winter again....ie. we miss the UK summer!

Any advice! Appreciated! Any way around this....apart from marrying her :-) I like to take my time!!

Karl
