there are several language schools in BKK which offer classes in several European languages, including German. though i cant comment on the quality. get yourself a BANGKOK POST on monday where you will find plenty of ads, offering such classes

Many thanks for the reply but i forgot to add we are in Chiang mai and are looking for a Private teacher not a school
