Yes, me too please, I was just about to post the same topic. My mother in law will be arriving in Chiang Mai on the 7th and being a keen gardener I thought this event may be fun for her. Can you tell us the best day, time for parades as featured in the pics above, I looked on the tat website but there are no times.
