sunholidaysun1
It was reported recently in the BKK Post that because of the lack of tourists coming to Thailand because of the recent political problems , that the government were trying to entice tourists to return here by offering cheaper flights with Thai airways . Also, that instead of being given a 30 day stamp on arrival from an international flight if arrivaing without a visa , you will now be given 90 days ? If of course arriving by a land border it is still 15 days if you have no visa . Has anyone got any information on this ?
Lite Beer
That's the first I have heard of that. As Far as I know it is 30 days Visa Exempt Stamp.
visarunner
It is 30days at Airport or 15days if you arrive at a landborder and have no Visa.
Jingthing
Doubtful this will happen, but its a great idea. Other tourism oriented countries commonly do as much as six months stamps (Mexico has a Migratory Tourist Form (FMT) which is valid for six months available on arrival for many nationalities).
