We want to go from surin to koh chang with the bus.

Can anyone tell us something about the route, are their frequent buses maybe we must go first to pataya ?

I don't think there is a direct link from Surin to Koh Chang.

You could try Martin at the Farang Connection he is located in Surin bus station. He does taxi services, perhaps you could get a ride down to the ferry terminal from him if you really want to go direct.

You can contact him by looking in the Issan forum and contact him through his advert there.

If you're determined to do this by bus, you'll be wanting the Buri Ram to Jantaburi bus and then catch a connection at either end.

I saw a while ago a bus that goes from Mukdahan to Pattaya - a big yellow one. I am sure you could change buses in the fair city of Pattaya to go on the remainder of your journey.
