My Airport Hotel Needs A New Partner :)

No, I havn't killed my ex (although sorely tempted many times)

I don't want to post a full-blown ad in the ads section because this is more a personal thing and only relevant to Phuket.

Because my ex's illness seems to be getting worse, (I had to avoid a beer glass thrown at full force yesterday!), she's agreed that the best thing to do is for the hotel ownership to be converted into a 50/50 share (Thai ltd company) between myself and a new partner who will buy my ex out. The new partner(s) only need to pay a half-payment (3 million baht) initially and the balance will be paid over 12 years to provide my ex with a monthly income. I will manage the 3 mill baht to ensure that it is used to buy accomodation + small business for my ex close to her Thai family.

I'm posting because maybe someone in Phuket is interested, (or knows a friend of a friend..) who may be interested in this arrangement.

PM if this sounds of interest. I think this new idea (where I work with the new active or sleeping partner), is a good solution to this tricky situation
