Many of the girls that claim to be students working as pros part time to pay for their tuition are telling porkies.

That is what I used into think until they busted Madame Flukes and the whole club was packed with genuine Uni students - which was reported in all the newspapers. I had always thought that they were lying.

No one seemed to mention Fabrique. I suggest you try it out. More of a Thai scene, but after Warm Up and the likes are closed, Fabrique is the place to be.

God I hate fabrique the most! over crowded - two tier pricing - entry fee - for those who know the 'scene' it's def bottom of the pile - unless you are:

3 No money - 100 pipers amongst 12 of you

4 You love small tables

5 Loud music makes you turn on

The truth is that girls here are more 'flexible' about 'dating and mating' and many would like some 'help' with their rent etc.

I have been to most of the pick-up joints (for research purposes of course) but have found the internet dating sites the better option. It is well known that many 'Uni Girls' will spend some 'special' time with you for 'assistance' it is no dream it happens constantly.

They are very practical and you can find them anywhere - it's one of the reasons most guys are here - let's be honest!

Not sure why it makes you sick - most men 'indulge' here - that's why they come - take away the girls/cheap living and smiley Thais and 95% of guys would head-off to the next destination.

You cannot equate age with class anyway - most guys have lived the 'straight' life back in farangland and want to cut-loose a little - and the females here are happy to oblige for a little 'consideration' - it's an exchange. It may not be 'pure' but it's the way it is - I always respect and treat well the girls I date but I am under no illusions.

I find it interesting that those people who are so politically correct and talk about ageism, sexism etc are the same people who get on their high horse when an older guy goes around with some young Thai woman. I find those people somewhat contradictory and also have no understanding of Thai/Asian culture.

Many girls (women) prefer older men. My wife had no intention of finding a guy under the age of 50/55 when she married me at the age of 24 and I was 57. And she is no gold digger, she has a couple of good degrees, and is a highly respected professional within industry. We're both happy five years on.

This never used to happen when Bubble was open as most of the farang, along with all of the bar girls after they finished work, used to go there, whilst all of the Thais just wanting a good hassle free night out would be in Hotshot, along with a small number of farang looking for the same thing.

I hadn't though of that - Hotshot is not as good as it was a year ago and I hadn't thought of Bubble being the reason - it's always been a pick-up joint though but, you are right, the farang quota has jumped 1000% which is why I don't go half so much as I used to. I wonder if there is a NEW place that all the Hotshot crowd now go to?

Hotshot used to be mostly Thai, you are right, with a few of us farang (maybe 20) but now the bar girls do go there - but didn't before. I guess Bubble was the after bar closing hang-out prior to Spicy but Hotshot has picked up that lot now - it's a shame.

3) I am always amazed (still) how easy people behave in a way they'd never behave in their original environment. In an economical underdeveloped country it is so easy to buy a-n-y-t-h-i-n-g you want. And especially men who used to have a pretty straight life and now are showing off 'his' teenager...brrr...

Boy, you hit the nail on the head. Half of my family lives in Canada and half in the US. I have two Canadian daughters and two American daughters. When we go to Quebec city everyone speaks French and eats with the fork not leaving the left hand. When we go to Florida everyone speaks American and the fork gets transferred to the right hand.

I have raised my daughters not to be ethnocentric. They adapt easily to different places.

One of my daughters went to college in Japan. She didn’t like Japanese men because they all smoked and were small. She likes big guys who don’t smoke. Fair enough. She could have been making big bucks in Japan but she came back to Canada and married a doctor who works out daily. He is a big guy.

I love my daughter but she is a bigot. She is also ethnocentric. Maybe it is in her female reproductive genes. I don’t know.

I do know that Japanese men are not like American or Canadian men. If you don’t believe me watch some Japanese porn and then some California porn. Like night and day. Different strokes. Japanese women make sounds in bed that drive most Thai women nuts.

Would a Thai older man pick up a uni girl and take her out to breakfast for the world to see?

I know a 60 year old Thai man in Chiang Mai who keeps 6 uni girls. He pays tuition and room and board and allowance. I have never seen him with one of his mia noi’s. His brother has one mia noi. I have seen him with her almost weekly. I have also answered phone calls from his wife late at night when she is trying to find him (it’s not pretty).

I would say in general Thai men don’t show off their younger women. Some do but it is the minority.

I have seen Thai men at a restaurant by the river at an office party, each with two paid women eating dinner and drinking and listening to music. I see it all the time.
