Google translate translates chiropractor as หมอนวด but that's probably not what you're looking for. Then again, real นวดแผนโบราณ might be the closest thing to chiropractic that you can easily find in Thailand. I have a dictionary that gives a description, but not a nice concise word. It describes chiropractor as หมอรักษาโรคข้อ, which basically means a doctor who takes care of joint diseases (but maybe maladies would be a better word than diseases here).

Physiotherapy is กายภาพบำบัด, so physiotherapist might be หมอกายภาพบำบัด or possibly แพทย์กายภาพบำบัด . Google translate gives นักกายภาพบำบัด .
