The only problem you might have is that the Thai govt. blocks a lot of the bookmaker's sites. A lot, but not all. If you can call in your bets, you're still okay... Lots of sites prefer you to be online from your home country when you use your credit to open a new account on their site. If you use an international internet service provider like IP star (not IP tv), Then you will have access to everything since this is not covered by the thai authoroties.
