Non Immigrant 1 Year Extension (marriage)

I am preparing the ground work for my first year's extension of a Non Immi visa (based on marriage). I have got all the originals needed and 2 photocopies of them as well. However, do I need 1 set of photos of me and the missus around the house or must they be 2 sets too? Same question with the letter from the bank saying I have more than B400K; 1 or 2 original letters?

Bank letter for 400k, I thought the new rules it is 40k a month income and not amount in the bank. Has this changed again?

You can choose between the 2. In both cases the money has to be yours.

400,000 Baht in the bank. OR 40,000 Baht a month income. Since 25th November 2008.
