O Visa In Bali?

This is a follow-up to the Marriage Visa thread.

Me and the lady will register our marriage in Pattaya in the next few days.

As my current permission to stay expires on January 29th, I will go to Immigration to ask for a 2 Week extension on the 28th. I guess that with Marriage papers and tickets to Bali to show, they will grant me this.

If not, there is still Cambodia border waiting for me on the 29th...

On February 11th (should be within the 14 Days, although I have no idea how they count these days) we will both fly to Bali, Indonesia.

Thanks to Dr. Pong (ok if I call you Pat from now on? ) I could contact the Thai Consul in Bali about this Visa issued in Denpasar.

Dear Mr. Valentine,

As per your below e-mail, as follow are the requirements for your non - immigrant O Visa:

1. 3 pcs of photos size 4 x 6 cm

2. Photo copy of marrieage certificate

3. Fee US$ 50 per entry (max 3 entries); each entry can stay 90 days

4. Photo copy of wife passport

5. Application Form (filled by hand at consulate)

I guess I will go for a Single entry, and extend this in Pattaya on showing money in the Bank. Or does someone think a triple entry would be wiser?

I will report on the Bali Consulate situation as soon as I have been there......
