You can make the 90-day address report within 7 days before or after the due date.

Notification of staying in the Kingdom over 90 days

Procedure and notification

  1. The foreigner makes the notification in person, or
  2. The foreigner authorises another person to make the notification, or
  3. The foreigner makes the notification by registered mail.
  4. The notification must be made within 7 days before or after the period of 90 days expires.
  5. The first application for extension of stay by the foreigner is equivalent to the notification of staying in the Kingdom over 90 days.

Hi

So inline with number 2 above, I could send an 'agent' with my PP and report form(& covering letter maybe?) to my local Immigration Office??

Is that right??

I'd do it on Tuesday, if I were you cos Garys Restaurant(Presat) is closed on Mondays :o

Yes. Download the form, fill it out, sign it, and send a messenger or any other person to bring it to the immigration office with your passport and the required photo copies. I guess it's a good idea to give a note saying that Mr. so-and-so, ID card number so-and-so, is authorised to make the report on your behalf.
