Lance_A_Lot
I will be applying for a retirement visa at the Consulate in New York. I have two arrests on my record for driving under the influence ... plead guilty in 1990 ... case dismissed from second arrest. Will this adversely affect my application for a retirement visa? dr_Pat_Pong
I doubt that they'll hang you for it again Lancelot. Apply for a Non O visa at the embassy and apply 3 years later for residency in Thailand. It puts more distance between the offence and you. Drink driving in Thailand used to be almost compulsory.
