I don't know if this is of interest but, for temporary accomm, there's a new budget hotel just round the back from HomePro. We drove out the back entrance of Homepro, turned left and another left later (just follow everyone else) and there's a budget hotel called something like New 7 Inn or 7 Inn. As you carry on, you come out onto the Chalong Circle to Kata road. They had what looked like very cheap daily rates though I note they were also offering.... ahem... 3 hour rates.

(Was beginning to guess that you might be involved in THAT shop about to open :o )

Hi Gerd,

What sort of standard are you after and do you have an approximate budget ?

Nathan,

Basic standards no luxury, it can be an older house with 3 bedrooms or a budget apartment building.

15k for a house possible in this area..............???

15k for a reasonable single storey house will be fine , just go up any of the side sois and youll find a few.

I seem to remember a pleasant Saturday afternoon a while back :o
