Haven't seen it to try it raybkk... I don't get to Bangkok much.

Would like to give it a try though... I've tried other methods and I'm just too weak-willed to go stone-cold. :o

Any idea what the name of the product is and if it's available in the Chonburi/Pattaya area?

My little lady bought me two bottles of something that she tells me will help me stop smoking. I haven't tried it as I have no idea what it is. One is called Ventrux (contains cernitin) the other is Pollitab (also contains cernitin). Is this what you guys are talking about?

.....My only other option is getting cryogenically frozen for a year :o

Tried that.....didn't work :D

Seriously, agree with chingy, you need to work on will power. I smoked an average 2-3 packs (40+ cigs) per day for over 40 years. My doctor said stop or else...... (Scared the XXXX out of me.) I stopped "cold-turkey", and believe it or not, never had withdrawl cravings.......and that was over 10 years ago.

Never met an ex-smoker who said "this or that" medicine, drug, gum or other substance (crutch), helped them quit smoking.

IMHO, it's a question of mind over matter.

Think I am a hopeless case as far as quitting goes... Oh well... if smoking don't kill us... something else will.  :o

Like driving in Thailand??? :D

I just saw a stand in Carrefour in Pattaya, it had a nice tasty video as well of lungs being cut open.....right in front of the Mister Donut!  :o

Thats the one I was talking about. Dont know its name.

You have to brew it with warm water and drink at least 6 glasses a day for a week. You can continue smoking during that period. They claim that after one week you dont wanna smoke anymore. Should it not work you will get your money back. "sounds to good to be true"

there nothing can help you from smoking except your own free will. give it a try maybe you will suceed, it did for me 1yrs and counting

I've tried will-power every day for the past 12 years... it does not work for me. :D

I should quit too... as I had a quad bypass 12 years ago.

Sh!t scared worked for about 9 months after the op... then felt I did not want to live without the weed... :D

try harder, you are not trying hard enouf, think deep, you have to use your will power to the max 99%. i garantee you feel like reborn if you quit.

There's a Doctor trying to help another doc quit smoking by using Patchouili essential oil...I'd think woody oils would work well esp sandalwood. Frankincense oil is good for the pituitary gland ( If that's relevant).

Use alot of brown esp golden brown color--Visualize brown and brown X whenever you think of ciggarettes. Brown has a grounding frequency, and that's what smokers may be getting out of smoking, so turn to something else brown instead. All this makes sense in the realm of bio-physics med.

Best of luck,

Plenty of planning and the aid of patches helpes a lot of people, as for me I went cold turkey and it worked.I guess the first stage stage is to ask youself why do you want to stop smoking? Either way it ain't easy.

Cernitin

A well-known extract originating in Sweden, Cernitin is a generic blend of selected graminacea flower pollen. Used throughout Europe for generations to enhance sexual capacity in men by strengthening the prostate gland and its surrounding muscles, Cernitin's qualities can now be found in Somalab's proprietary blend of Cernate,TM the active ingredient in Serogen, TM Somalab's original "rope"-inducing daily supplement for men. Made of natural, pure botanical seed extract, Cernate is similar to Cernitin in that it is harvested from inside the seed husk, stripped of all allergens, is toxin-free, and is proven to be safe and effective. Somalab has, in essence, improved on the Cernitin blend, introducing Cernate in a highly concentrated form and maximizing the dosage in a tablet form, making Serogen one of the most effective male orgasm intensifiers and prostate strengtheners on the market.

Maybe she has something else in mind :o:D
